No. The slippery conditions pose safety hazards for our team members, making it unsafe to perform gutter cleaning during this time.
How do you dispose of the debris removed during gutter cleaning?
We bag all debris removed from your gutters using homeowner-provided bags. Once the job is complete, we’ll move the bags to your curbside for your local waste collection.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We actually clean in light-to-moderate rain! Because our Pure Water Technology removes all minerals and detergents, rain won’t cause spotting or streaking on your clean glass. However, if there is heavy wind, lightning, or extreme weather, we will prioritize safety and contact you immediately to reschedule for the next available clear day

However, our goal is to complete the job efficiently while ensuring thorough cleaning, typically ranging from a few hours to half a day for larger properties.
Do I need to be home if only the exterior windows are being cleaned?
No, it’s not necessary for anyone to be home during exterior window cleaning. However, it’s essential for the homeowner to ensure that window screens are removable from the outside or removed beforehand to allow our technicians to clean all the panels.

Gratuity is not included in the total cost of the cleaning service. While tipping is not required, it is always appreciated if you feel that our technicians have provided exceptional service.
